We are launching a new project in the area of customer satisfaction with leading medical technology manufacturer Arjo in São Paulo.

Cogia will support the Brazilian team with its Customer Experience Manager (CXM) solution. Artificial intelligence will be used to analyse the results of customer and partner surveys. In addition, company-relevant information from the internet and social web, including blogs and forums, will be collected, categorised and evaluated. This also includes a sentiment analysis based on Natural Language Processing for the English and Portuguese languages.
